Drone imaging and data Licensed pilots

Licensed pilots

Our pilots hold licences issued by CASA. Every flight is planned around the site, the airspace and the weather.

Planned, repeatable flights

Every flight is planned before we arrive: camera positions, angles, passes and timing. The same shot can be taken again next month, from the same place.

Delivered as usable files

Edited stills, video, maps and inspection sets arrive as ordinary files, named and organised, ready to go into a report, a claim or a campaign.

How It Works

Four steps, from enquiry to files.

01

Enquiry

An enquiry comes in by phone, email or the form, with the site, the purpose and the date. We respond to every enquiry within one business day.

02

Scope and quote

A short conversation settles what the job needs: the shots, the area, the timing and the files. A written quote follows, with no packages and no set prices.

03

Flight day

Weather is checked the day before and again on the morning. We arrive at the agreed time and fly the plan from the positions set out in the scope. Repeat jobs are flown from the same positions as the last visit.

04

Delivery

Files are edited, named and delivered in the formats agreed in the quote. Stills are typically delivered within two business days; video within five. Raw files are supplied on request.

Our Approach

The same habits, in the air.

Factum is Latin for a thing done. The same habits apply in the air: plan the work, record what is there, deliver it in a form that holds up.

01 / PLANNED

Planned

The brief, the positions and the timing are settled before the flight, not on site. The plan is kept on file.

02 / ACCURATE

Accurate

The record shows what was there on the day. Stills are corrected for colour and exposure and kept true to the site, and the files are dated.

03 / DELIVERED

Delivered

The job is finished when the files are with the client, not when the aircraft lands.

Common questions

Before you get in touch

How is a job priced?
Every job is quoted. We talk through the site, the purpose, the timing and the files needed, then send a written quote. There are no set prices and no packages.
What files are delivered?
Edited stills and video are delivered in the formats agreed at the quote, with RAW files and raw footage on request. Image and video quality, resolution and outputs are discussed for each job. Inspection jobs come as annotated image sets, mapping jobs as orthomosaic maps and 3D models, and progress jobs as a dated series shot from repeatable positions.
What happens if the weather is unsuitable on the day?
Weather is checked the day before and again on the morning of the flight. If wind, rain or visibility rule out flying, the job is rescheduled to the next suitable day.
